Hello All,

Is there a product anyone can recommend that I can spray on the seams of my IV that is airtight to help out with the pressurization?

I've put a fog machine into my cockpit to fill it with smoke... then sealed the door and started the shop vac.  Its unreal all the leaks.  I think its easier to stay where it doesn't leak.

Many of the leaks are in really tough to get to areas -- or you'd have to be double jointed to get in there.  I thought it would be easier if I could just take an aerosol can and spray the areas.

Dico,

Most of us used silicone sealant in a tube. There are some more fancy sealants, but for this application they all seem
to work about the same. I don’t know of a “spray on” product. My technique for sealing the cabin was to identify and mark the
places that leak, clean the area as well as possible with acetone, LIGHTLY pressurize the cabin and apply sealant. Small patches of light fiberglass cloth help hold the sealant in place as it’s drawn into the leak area.
This may take several tries to get them all, but the effort is worth the work. Specifically, your cabin will run cooler as it’s not passing so much hot air from the turbocharger.
