Scott Krueger has at last defined the final and ultimate answer! And

here I have been laboring under the false impression that one needed a

computer to "YAHOO!". I remember that once, many years ago, while on a

guided tour of the F-4 Phantom assembly line in St. Louis, the

partially completed fuselages at one point in the line, were actually

being rolled 360 degrees in the fixtures. It was referred to as the

"Tinkle Test" and silly me, I thought it was to listen for anything

loose, like the odd rivet or nut or overlooked tool, that might make

a sound as the fuse was turned. Thanks, Scott, for 'splaining what

they were really doing (but they must've drilled the hole in the

canopy later 'cause I didn't see one). Ah yes! Never too old to learn.
