Crash of LNC2

Today there was a fatal Lancair crash next to Van Nuys airport.  It looks like it could be a 320 belonging to Richard Gibbs of Scottsdale.  N7ZL looks to be the call sign and FAA records seem to be a bit cloudy as they seem to indicate the aircraft registration is incomplete and it may not have been operational.



Anyone have more info?
