if you are having trouble with anatomical flight duration, I recommend grape

juice.  it is used by many pilots to keep you hydrated and it creates a

natural water retention.  my father, who has 30 minute duration at any time,

can travel for several hours if he drinks juice 2 hrs before liftoff and

during the trip if he is thirsty.  it's an old pilots trick I heard a while

back.
