Most who read this will already know that I am the former director of Safety and Training for LOBO.  I’ve spent my entire career as a professional aviator pursuing enhanced safety. Prior to my tenure as an FAA Designee, I worked as a check airman for thousands of hours teaching one of the most challenging long-haul aircraft the MD-11.  Prior to that I was an active AirForce Pilot instructing at the squadron level and performing operational missions in several Areas of Responsibility. I’m not so sure about the history of qualifications of the person who has used his position to silence me and is combating  forward looking safety efforts that I have spearheaded.  

Recent turmoil on the BOD caused me to step down but I can assure everyone here that the LOBO BOD remains unified in their pursuit of ultimate safe operations of Lancair aircraft. My departure was due to an internal issue. The safety goals of the BOD remain intact. 
 

Recently my voice on the other forum has been silenced. My posts are no longer allowed.  I have been prohibited for commenting on any posts, and more recently, banned for reading pertinent forums.  I find this decision to be contrary to the pursuit of safe operations of Lancair aircraft. 
 

The moderator of the other site now appears to be involved in the WITHHOLDING of information that could make not only you, but indeed all of us, safer.  This has now become a safety issue. PLEASE  read all information you can in safety, assess its validity and make wise decisions. Protecting our brand is paramount and has been the mission of the hard working people of LOBO since it’s formation.
