Reno Air Races are this week! Most of you know that Lancairs have participated for years and many have won. Ernie Sutter, a longtime Lancair flight instructor, raced his Legacy many time. Conrad Hufstutler of Lancair international has competed several times. This year Pete Zaccagnino attempts his sixth gold championship. He has won twice in sport class and three times in the jet class. Craig and I have been on his crew since 2005. We will be there and hope to see other LOBO and Lancair enthusiasts all week. Pete, among others contending in Reno, was featured this month in AOPA Magazine.
