I mentioned before that I was going to get quotes for composite sandwich board for builders who need it. I gave created a quote for a 40ft container filled with an array of composite panels in Divinycell and Nomex in all thicknesses and weaves normally used for construction in homebuilt. I asked for only ISO9001 certified facilities, only Nomex and Divinycell brand cores and test data fir crush, shear, peel, compression, delamination, tensile testing etc to ensure minimums.

If you are interested in going in on this deal, please respond and or PM me with your interests and needs. I am doing both Glass and Carbon. All panels will meet standards and we will actually do the testing to ensure the materials meet standards by taking a coupon from each panel as needed.

Note: this is for 4x8 sheets not little parts... if you want half sheets, let me know too 4x4.

I will also be discussing setting up a CNC router to cut parts from the panels. If that sounds appealing, you can plan your boards with nested parts for cutting. If I do this it will be for a small nominal charge but it will definitely reduce shipping charges for everyone to do this.

The plan is for the container to arrive in Houston, do the cutting (if requested) here and ship the stuff out however you wish.
