Lancair Fly-in 2012 in Sedona, AZ
LOBO, in conjunction with sponsorship by Lancair International is bringing to you the second annual LOBO/Lancair Fly-In! Come and join a fellowship of Lancair owners, builders, and pilots to celebrate personal aviation, Lancair style. This will be a first class event, in a great west coast location.

We have selected a location and date—beautiful Sedona, Arizona in September! The 2012 LOBO/Lancair Fly-in will highlight a tradition of support, cooperation and enthusiasm.

Attendees can look forward to tremendous fun and the opportunity to learn more about building, flying and maintaining Lancair aircraft. The two-day schedule currently being planned will include fact-filled forums, hands-on demonstrations, challenging builder and pilot skill competitions, informative vendor displays, optional field trips enjoying the local highlights, delectable victuals, a chance to show off your Lancair aircraft while appreciating the workmanship of fellow builders, and finally, for those who just love to yak about airplanes, hangar talk 'til your voice gives out.

The rate is $141.00 per night plus tax and is good for 3 nights before and 3 nights after the event.There are 80 rooms on a first come first serve basis, so book your room early.

Car Rentals
Available through Hertz Rent A Car at the Sedona Airport FBO with the following rates:
Compact: $26.99 per day
Mid Size: $30.99 per day
Full Size: $34.99 per day

Rates are plus tax and all with unlimited mileage. If you are interested in renting a car, please let Lisa Williams know and she will reserve it for you. As an alternative, you can opt to fly in to Flagstaff, Arizona and rent a car with the FBO @ KFLG. It is Enterprise Rent A Car and they are $45.99 per day plus tax.

Cancellation Policy
Before September 10th the cancellation fee is: $30.00
After September 10th the registration fee is non refundable

You can either register on the Lancair website www.lancair.com and click on the events tab and look for the Fly-In Icon, or call or email Lisa and she will sign you up! Please note the graduated registration rates and the refund/cancellation terms on the registration sheet.
