The sunset over verdant mountains turned the towering cumulus clouds a bright orange. Four ramp agents sat by idly in a gas-powered golf cart in the muggy December air. Our captain was poring over a stack of paperwork with our customs handler. A airport tug with no muffler stacked clattering aluminum baggage pods nearby. Our Citation II was the only plane on the ramp at Toussaint Louverture International Airport (MTTP) in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
